City of Dallas Spay/Neuter Subsidy Program
~Free for City Of Dallas citizens on public assistance~
Qualifications:
- Must be the owner of the animal to be spayed
or neutered. - Must reside in the City of Dallas.
- Limited to two pets per household.
- Must be on one of the following programs:
- Social Security Disability
Program - Supplemental Security
Income Program - Aid to Families with
Dependent Children - Able, Disabled & Blind
Program Medicare Program - Temporary Assistance for
Needy Families - Social Security Survivors
Program - Unemployment benefits
