Process:

- Fill out the coupon and call one of the participating vets/clinics for
an appointment.
- Copies of M•A•C coupons can also be obtained from participating vets/clinics.
- M•A•C reimburses the Veterinarian for the cost.
All participating veterinarians require at a minimum current rabies vaccinations prior to the surgery. If you do not bring proof of rabies vaccination with you to the surgery appointment, they will require your pet to have a rabies shot before they perform the surgery.
