The SPCA of Texas Spay/Neuter Clinics provide out-patient quality veterinary care to pets belonging to people with low incomes. To receive this service, one should provide proof that they receive financial assistance from one of the following public agencies, or satisfy our financial guidelines:
Aid to Families of Dependent Children
Federal Supplement Security Income (SSI)
Food Stamps
Medicaid
Social Security (as primary income)
