You must provide proof of assistance when you send in your application.

Once your application has been approved the City will notify you. You must schedule an appointment with one of the City's participating Veterinarians.

The Spay/Neuter Subsidy Program reimburses for the spay/neuter surgery and any required vaccinations.

The City reimburses the Veterinarian for the surgery and any necessary vaccinations.
