The Spay-Neuter Clinic exists to stop the destruction of healthy dogs and cats in animal shelters resulting from overpopulation. This will be accomplished by:

2. Educating the public about dog and cat overpopulation, sterilization programs and responsible animal stewardship.
3. Making wellness services available to dogs and cats to promote the health and well-being of animals and people.
4. Providing exemplary services that are free of charge for financially disadvantaged families and reduced-cost for the general public through clinic facilities by caring, friendly, and professional staff.

The SPCA of Texas' Village Fair Spay/Neuter & Wellness Clinic provides low cost vaccinations, heartworm prevention, flea prevention, and other wellness services. They also provide free spays and neuters with a free rabies vaccination for qualified families on public assistance.
