The Metroplex Animal Coalition has spayed and neutered nearly 5,700 animals for low income families in the Dallas area since our program began in 2002. We need your help to continue providing surgeries to prevent more puppies and kittens from being born.

Each $45 donation to the Have-A-Heart Campaign spays or neuters one cat or dog. A $100 donation spays or neuters two cats or dogs. According to the Humane Society of the United States, one unspayed female dog and her offspring could produce 67,000 dogs in a period of only six years. One unspayed female cats and her offspring could produce as many as 420,000 cats. Your donation to the Have-A-Heart Campaign will help us put a stop to pet overpopulation in the Metroplex and end the unnecessary suffering of thousands of unwanted animals.

Patt Davis Memorial Spay/Neuter Program
Contribute to the Patt Davis Memorial Spay/Neuter Program
and help save as many cat and dog lives as possible while
honoring this amazing animal welfare champion.

Patt Davis founded the Garland Humane Society in 1971, which later became the Humane Society of Greater Dallas, an organization focused on animal cruelty investigation. Mrs. Davis was a constant advocate in animal rights arenas and was active in numerous animal welfare organizations, including the Texas Humane Legislation Network. Mrs. Davis was a valued Board Member of MAC, contributing her invaluable guidance and expertise during our early years. Upon her death in March of 2004, MAC received a $30,000 bequest from the Humane Society of Greater Dallas for our free spay/neuter program for low-income residents of the City of Dallas, which was subsequently renamed in her honor.

Spread the word! Tell your friends. Tell your co-workers. Tell your relatives. We CAN make the Dallas area "no kill" with your individual efforts. We CAN stop killing 200,000 animals yearly in the Metroplex.

Bequests

One paragraph in your will could ensure our goal of ending the pet overpopulation problem in the Metroplex will continue after you're gone. Bequests are one of the most popular ways of making a gift in support of a charity. Bequests are simple and straightforward and nearly everyone can make a bequest by simply stating their intentions in their will. For more information on making bequests, contact your attorney or email us at info@metroplexanimalcoalition.org.
